Anybody know of a way to only normalize the right channel when converting a group of files in the batch converter?

My application is with timecoded transcription recordings where I have LTC recorded on Channel 1 and Program on Channel 2. I like to use a speech RMS normalization on the program material to make the transcriptionists job a bit easier.

Channel and/or time selection isn't accessible from the Batch Converter, but this could be done readily with a custom script if you are up to the task. Check out the Sound Forge scripting forum for pointers.
