Subject:Screenblast Siren - still can activate Deluxe

Hi SB Siren users,
I'm not going to go into the whole issue of the worthiness of Siren here... but I thought that some of you may want to know this...
If you are fortunate enough to have a serial number for *Screenblast* Siren Jukebox (not the SF Siren one), you can still activate the "Deluxe" version with the SonyMediaSoftware online software registration feature. Just follow the directions at the appropriate place on the website here...
I had to re-activate a license today, and found the process to be almost painless. Thanks, Sony (in WI), for keeping this available for me and others!

For what it's worth... I'm moving from using PCA to OGG (at its highest quality setting) as my file format of choice. The fact that SB Siren can handle both - for both input and CD burning, makes SB Siren a nifty and invaluable little too, even still. The closest I can come to similar functionality in a jukebox app that doesn't crash all of the time (like WinAmp and MusicMatch do) is with the dbPowerAmp software line... but it of course doesn't handle PCA... :(
I do use Sony CD Architect too... this is a great piece of software as well! But it doesn't do jukebox stuff though...

Hope this is of use to you hold-out SB Siren-users (like me!).
