Subject:Real Media Conversion

Hi, I'm using SF 6 and have been trying to save a couple of big files as real media files. I get an error message that says "a necessary COM interface was not available. you may need to reboot your computer". Can anyone tell me what COM is and how I might be able to convert these files? Thanks!!
