Subject:Re-install From Online Download

I purchased the SF8 download. I need to re-install on my computer due to new OS. I tried downloading the trial but it would not acceot my serial number. What do I do, it si the weekend and no support. Anybody please help.

There are two different Sound Forge 8 products: the full Sound Forge, and Sound Forge Audio Studio. Make sure you download the correct one. The serial numbers aren't interchangable.

If you registered Sound Forge then click on My Account / My Software at the top of this page. You'll see your serial number and a download link for the correct version there.
