Subject:Activation code delay?

These days with SF8, how long does the activation or serial number take to arrive by email after you download a new copy of the program to your new computer. Almost Immediately.. at least the last time I re-installed SF-8. Contact customer service, they have always been accommodating.... Of coarse I have not contacted them lately either. |

Mmmm 10 hours later, nothing. Wonder if it's got something to do with my old computer still being used for emails. If it doesn't turn up anyone know what the next step will be? Thx. |

Here's the answer. I contacted live support here, Krishna R. was very helpful and supplied the serial number and SF8 is up and running on my new computer. I registered it again too. Message last edited on3/12/2007 2:45:45 PM byAction. |

Yep, they are very helpful about that. I would say if you haven't received the email within 15 minutes, maybe half an hour tops, something went wrong and you're not going to get it. No sense waiting any longer than that. Typically i've seen those emails arrive within a minute. |

I also found the serial number I needed to activate this SF8d download is listed in > My Account > My Software. Thx. |
