Subject:SF9 - Question about layout

I can't seem to reproduce the layout seen in the example in the product's page with the multiple windows and multiple phase scopes. Everytime I try to drag and drop a window, it snaps in place like the previous version. Is this a Vista-only thingy? Thanks. |

Nice, however, when I tried this and attempted to tile two windows horizontally, the bottom one disappeared behind the meters. Huh? Anyway, thanks for the advice. |
