Subject:Quicktime

Quicktime videos will not play on SF-9, nether 7.0.4 or the just installed 7.1, at least on my PC.
I get the error message which basically reads: "Quicktime is unable to initialize, It appears that QT for Windows is not properly installed."
SF-8 and Vegas play QT clips without issue. Any ideas?
