"An error occurred during an edit operation.
An unexpected error has occurred."

when "Moonlight Odio Dekoda ..." selected from FX Favorites menu.

Any ideas?

It's not really an effect. It is a DirectShow codec that happens to get enumerated as a DirectShow transform filter (a plug-in). We try to ignore these, but new ones occasionally pop up. I will see that this is ignored in the future.
