Subject:VIEWING MULTIPLE TRACKS IN SF 9

I have been recording on my Yamaha AS1600. I would like to import the individual tracks into SF9 which is not a problem however I can only view 1 track at a time. How do I view, let's say, 4 tracks at once.

Sound Forge 9 isn't really a multi-track editor so much as a multi-channel editor. It can only open up one file on the timeline at a time. In order to do what you want, you'd probably have to create an empty 4 channel file, then paste the individual tracks from your AS1600 into each channel.
