ACID will sync to MTC (SMPTE) only. What does the Korg generate?

Note: MTC does not contain tempo information, so if the Korg has
tempo
changes, then you will have to enter the tempo changes into your ACID
project manually.

I would recommend ACID be the master if the Korg can be the slave. If
the
Korg can sync to MIDI Clock, then ACID's tempo changes can be
communitcate.
