Subject:SF9 upgrade download price higher, packaged price?

The price for SF9 upgrade from Audio Studio looks messed up on Sony's website. The "packaged" version is $229. The "download" version is $229 + $15.99 for the optional shipped components. That is more than the packaged version, which is basically the same thing. Why is the download version with optional components cost more than the packaged?
