Subject:downloading converter from mp3orwav to acid ready files

I just got acid and I have downloaded a bunch of loops,
some wav. and some mp3's. When I try and drag them out of
My Document file I keep getting a riff error or that the
file is corrupt.

Is there a good converter that can translate mp3 or wav.
files into ACID friendly file types?
