Subject:Phasing Effekt on Disk-Based Samples

Help, help, help.

When i use a Disk-based Sample and i do a up/downtempo
change i get a phasing effekt. Why do i get that and
what can i do against it.
P.S. I want to do Song-Mixing so i can´t put the Samples
on a one-shot or a loop cause of the length. (MB)
