Sync between loops and new recorded track. -ACID Product Family

Posted by: rdavis Date:7/15/1999 1:15:00 AM I'm using Acid Music and having a similar problem to some already posted, in that recorded Disk or One-shot tracks aren't in sync with the loop(s) I recorded them against. In my case they just seem to be slightly behind, but still in the same tempo. This is fairly easy to fix using an offset - around 5500 samples (or 1/8 of a second) in my limited tries. So, are there any answers or suggestions for this? I've been through all the threads in here and seen several questions but almost no answers. Is any one looking at this? Are there some known problems with certain soundcards, systems, situations, etc.? I'm using a TB Tahiti under Windows NT 4.0 on a fairly speedy system - 450 Mhz, 132k memory, 10gb disk - so I don't think resources should be a problem. Thanks for any help. Rob
