Subject:emu recording

I'm trying to record LP's in the computer using an EMU 1820m system and recording into SF 9. I don't really understand ASIO settings, but I never had any real issues in the past with SF 7 and 8. Does anyone have any ideas on how to set it up?

Should be nothing to set up other than selecting the actual device. Default ASIO settings should be fine, and are not really a factor as ASIO is not critically relevant to any workflow you could be doing with SoundForge - ASIO is more a multi-track thing.
