Subject:Acid File currpution / error

I know I should have backed up all my projects ive been
working on for
the past few months but becuase im stupid i havent.
Somehow, a file
that I have been working on in acid got corrupted and when I
open it up
acid tells me:

An error occurred while opening the file: c:\blablabla.acd

An unknown error has occurred. (Code=8004E00Ah)

tell me there is a way to restore this file!?
