Subject:An Audience for My Loops

Where do I find and audience for some critical feedback on
the loops I have created? How I can I exchange loops with
anybody who is willing to exchange them? And can I e-mail
part finished loops for somebody else to work on and then
reimport them in the form of I guess a perpetual loop?
