Hey peoples,

Just a quick note to say how pleased I am with the help
I've recieved from the guys at the Foundry's Tech Support
Dept.
As u know, these products are hardcore, professional music
applications and I dont think I could have near the
patience that these guys do!!

I saw someone saying that they were unhappy with the
service they got and I couldnt believe it!

If you guys are reading this, ignore negative comments like
that and keep up the good work!!

I've had a chance to work with Kelly and Doug at the
Wisconsin phone # and they are VERY helpful and
professional. Also they have been really prompt with
technical help via e-mails too...

Anyway, Keep up the good work Tech Support!!! And we
appreciate all your help!
