Acid 2.0 no worky on Gateway PC running Win98 -ACID Product Family

Subject:Acid 2.0 no worky on Gateway PC running Win98 Posted by: jimbob Date:11/13/1999 4:51:00 PM Anybody have a problem running Acid 2.0 on a Gateway PC running Win98? Acid 1.0 worked (& still works) fine, but when I try to run 2.0 after install the logo screen comes up & hangs there. I've removed all drivers I can think of but no go. All hardware passes self-test. Placed support email 2 days ago but no response yet.

When I start Acid, The logo will just hang there.Sometimes If I wait 5 minutes, it will come on.Sometimes it will start after only one minute,but it never starts immediately.PIII 500

When I start Acid, The logo will just hang there.Sometimes
If I wait 5 minutes, it will come on.Sometimes it will start after
only one minute,but it never starts immediately.PIII 500
