Subject:Acid 2.0 upgrade from 1.0

I'm from Vienna/Austria and want to upgrade from Acid 1.0
to Acid 2.0. But it's not supported from neither SOFTLINE
nor MEDIAGOLD and ALSO YOUR HOTLINE (SYKES) isn't able to
deliver it !!! Why MUST I pay $30 for SHIPPING OVERSEAS
when ACID 2.0 IS AVAILABLE here AND WHY IT'S NOT FOR users
to upgrade from 1.0 ??? Why don't you ship it the short way
from Munich/Germany to Vienna ??

I just thought I'd add my support here. I almost ordered the
Pro upgrade online until I saw that the shipping charges would
double the cost. Then I got in touch with the UK distributors
who told me on October 14 that they expected the upgrade soon,
I'm still waiting for something that's already available as the
non-upgrade here too.
