This is a good program but why do I lose Audio sync if Acid
Pro is trying to read three or more wav files from the hard
disk at the same time ?

I have 64MB RAM and it plays the demo songs O.K.

ACID is not a multitrack. It allows for disk based files, but it is
not designed to stream audio off the harddisk.
