How do you use unlock code to unlock loops? -ACID Product Family

Subject:How do you use unlock code to unlock loops? Posted by: Concerto Date:12/7/1999 9:37:00 PM I bought some loops and tech support sent me an unlock code but did not tell me how to use it! It does not give any options to utilize it on the CD. You would think they would give directions on how to utilize the unlock code. Anybody know how to do it? thanks, Mike

Run the installer, and it will ask you for the unlock code. If you did not receive the installer then please contact our tech support and ask them to send it to you. If you are using any other Sonic Foundry loop library then you do not need an unlock code for it, just put the loop CD in your drive, run ACID, and use the explorer to find the loops. If you are trying to use the loops that we bundled with a Pinnacle
Systems product, you should have received a small loop installer
application when you made your purchase. Run the installer, and it
will ask you for the unlock code. If you did not receive the
installer then please contact our tech support and ask them to send
it to you.

If you are using any other Sonic Foundry loop library then you do not
need an unlock code for it, just put the loop CD in your drive, run
ACID, and use the explorer to find the loops.
