Hi, I'm looking for an effect that I can use in Sound Forge
and Vegas. I need a stutter (or repeat) effect that goes
longer than the one in the ExpressFX 1 package. I'm looking
for an effect that I can use for creating station liners
(ex: Kkkkkkkk 96!)

Is there any software package like that?
