I have just purchased Acid Pro 2.0 and have a very disturbing little bug, that I cannot seem to isolate. I have a 12 track sequence that I programmed that has a randomly generated noise. It sounds like a square or sawtooth wave, with three harmonics. It does not repeat at any particular time or in a rhythm, and with all tracks muted, still occurs randomly, changing pitch, but still sounding like a sawtooth or square wave in a dissonant three part chord. It seemd to start with the addition of track 11. I have a Pentium II 233mghz processor with 128megs of Ram, not the latest greatest, but adequate. Also, I did turn on the FX1 module, prior to the beginning of this series. Turning things off has yielded no change. Have any idea what is happening? |
