I'm having some trouble recording with Acid Style. It only
records through the microphone, and when I mute the mic it
doesn't record at all. I've set up my sound card for
recording and everything, checked all the volume controls,
et cetera... is there any way this will work?

thanks

This is a hardware/mixer/Windows routing issue.

What sound card?

The routing of the input to the sound card is dependent on the mixer -
either supplied with the card or the Windows Volume control.

Also, if the card indicates multiple input devices, you may have to
change the Wave Mapper settings in Windows.

Basically, ACID records from the hardware device that you tell it to.
If the hardware is not routing the correct line input to the hardware
device select in ACID (in your case, the Wave Mapper) there is
nothing that ACID can do about it.
