Subject:MP3 Plugin

I'm a new user to ACID. What settings does everyone use on
the MP3 plugin to get the best balance between sound
quality and file size?

I saved a 3 minute song to MP3 using the lowest quaility
settings. The file ended up at about 400k, but it sounded
like crap. I then saved it at the highest quality, and it
sounded great but was over 4MB.
