Subject:Has anyone else had a hard time registering

Here is an Email I sent anyone else had a problem?

I bought Acid DJ at Comp USA, Spent alot of time
registering it, the first time I fired up the program I
couldnt beleive that after paying cash out-right for the
product I couldnt just call that good but that I had to
contact you to be able to use it after 7 days. I received
the code and put it in, It was not correct, so I called up
got another, it timed out in 7 days so finally I called
once again this time they gave me the correct code. Ok now
it is maybe a year later, I had a hard-drive crash and I
was forced to reformat the operating system partition, so
after this I try to start Acid witch was on its old
partition and it informs me that I need to register it once
again, so I call you all up give you my info and once again
you have given me a code that has timed out in 7 days, I
bought this program now it was bad enough that I had a hard-
drive problem ,but you have managed to make a bad
situation worse by making me jump through hoops to receive
something I have already payed for and time spent with your
customer service is starting to rack-up, please could
someone get me a fully working serial number for Acid DJ,
and please could you figure out a better method, maybe you
could just send a working serial number with your product
in the first place like all of the other manufacturers, I
will not buy another product from you until it changes.
