Subject:Forge/Vegas Conflict?

I recently bought and installed both Vegas 8 and Sound Forge 9. When I
attempt to edit sound in sound forge when I'm running Vegas, it gives an
error message that "device not available". and "audio playback devices do
not support the current sample rate". However, when I close down vegas
and restart sound forge, it works. Do these two not work together at the
same time? I'm using ASIO Digidesign driver.

There is a setting somewhere (Vegas ?) that says 'release drivers when not active application' .

But it could also be that the Digi drivers are not multi-client.
