HOw do i do this? every time i change the tempo it affects
the entire project. i wanna adjust individual tracks.

Adjust the loop count per individual sample.
You can do this by right clicking on the loop name and selecting
Properties, then change the count from -for example- 8 to 4.

Note that you are rather limited in this, as you can usually just
make the loop play twice as fast or slow. For fine tuning, use a wave
editor (i.e. Sound Forge).
