Hi Christophe What version of Acid are you using? Im using Acid Pro 2.0d, You go to the FX tab at bottom of your screen. (I have 1-8 )I open let's say FX1. You will see a plug-in window that say's none, select a plug-in (SF Reverb) The window under it you should see is Preset, select a preset (Bright Hall) Now you should see the plug-in. Go up to the track that you want to use that FX and click on Vol. You should see a drop down menu select FX1-Inf and adjust the level of the FX you are using. If you want you can add an FX Envelope by right clicking on the wave file, Now you should see another drop down menu, go down to Envelope to FX1, Now you should have a blue line on that wave file. Move your mouse over to the blue line and right click and select add point. Move to another place on the file and add another point. Now lets go back to the first point and left click and hold while moving the mouse down or up. With this you can have your FX levels fade or punch in or out. It's pretty cool if you want to add delay at the end of a word. As far as DX plug-ins I'm using Waves, SonicFoundry, Cakewalk FX3, Hyperprism, Opcode, Prosoniq, Steinberg, Q-Sound Labs and Sonic Timeworks, I hope this helps. Take care, George Ware |
