ACID Music 2.0 and Roland VS Question -ACID Product Family

Subject:ACID Music 2.0 and Roland VS Question Posted by: Jakula Date:6/21/2000 8:20:00 PM I would like to be able to send drum tracks and the like from my PC running Acid Music 2.0 digitally over to my Roland VS 1680 to add further instrumentation and vox. The Roland has both a coaxial and a optical / digital input jack . I currently don't have a sound card with a digital out. Here's my question.....what card would you recommend. I think SB Live is out of the question since the Roland CD burner will only burn at 44, and the SB Live is at 48. Money is an object...will the Turtle Beach Montego do? What should I look out for? Any success stories / horror stories? Thx in advance for your advice.....B
