Subject:Are the Acid products appropriate for my needs?

I am a musician, vocalist and composer. I would like to record my vocals and instrumental tracts, and fill in other instruments and effects using a loop-based approach, if it's appropriate. I would also like to put the finished product onto the web. Are the Acid products suited for this kind of thing? What products do I need? Any comments would be appreciated as I am pretty new to the concept of recording and putting music on the web. |

Hello Leslie. Acid would be perfect for this. You could start out with the Acid Style program (Rock, Hiphop, etc.) and if you like the program, and need more samples, you could upgrade to a higher version afterwards for a discounted price. Acid will also allow you to save real audio files as well as windows media files and even MP3's, which are all used primarily for the internet. Thanks!
