The answer is Yes, Yes, and No you don't need anymore equipment. I conclude that you have a sequencer connected to your PC? If you do then you can record your sequenced tracks to Acid, you have to install the Virtual Midi router, which I believe is included with acid, and figure out how to send a Midi beat clock from acid, to your sequencer using the virtual midi router. You need some sort of software to rip the audio from a CD and save it as a wave file and then you can open it in Acid, probably the same way you get loops into your PC, unless you're just using Acid Loops. Oh wait, I just realized that you have "Acid Music", I don't think, that version allows you to generate a midi beatclock or even chase to one. I use Acid Pro and you're able to do this, the way I previously explained, so check and see if Acid Music can Generate a Midi Beat clock.
