My issues is: I am running Acid 2.0 on an IBM T20 256MgRam/PentiumIII. Its working fine. What I need to do is transfer the audio to a Modular Hard Disk Recorder ( Roland VS-1680) and have not come across very much regarding this scenario. Generally, you could send the signal via digital coaxial/optical ( for example if you are using an audio CD via a CD Player's Optical Out @ 16Bit into the optical in on the 1680). However, how would this transfer be done from a laptop to the 1680. Through a USB Audio Interface? If anyone knows a solution or is utilizing this environment I would really appreciate any insight or suggestions-.
