Did you try File>Save As>ACID Project (*.acd) on the menu
bar?

There are two other types as well: ACID Project with
external audio (*.acd) and ACID Project with embedded audio
(*.acd). The first type saves the ACD file with the
associated Tracks all in one place, while the other merges
all the Tracks into the ACD file itself. When using the
first option, make sure you place the ACD and its
associated Tracks in a folder all by itself to keep
everything neat.

Hi again Dan,

*That* is bizarre. Have you tried contacting Sonic Foundry
themselves via email? They would certainly help you out,
especially if you've registered your software. (In which
case, keep your registration number handy, as you'll need
it when contacting them.)
