Microphone or CD. I can't do it. What I would love to do is to play a cd and then do voice-overs with a microphone all at once. Instead I record the CD, then go back to that wave file and insert microphone sounds. There has to be an easier way?? I have tried: Double click on volume control File...properties, select record, say ok Then It only lets me select one but not more than one. This might be a problem in the computer? - - Thanks!

Acid will not allow you to record from multiple inputs at the same time. This is a feature of our Vegas product however. Acid Music 2.0

I can only record from either one or the other. Microphone or CD. I can't do it.
What I would love to do is to play a cd and then do voice-overs with a microphone all at once.
Instead I record the CD, then go back to that wave file and insert microphone sounds.
There has to be an easier way??

I have tried:
Double click on volume control
File...properties, select record, say ok
Then It only lets me select one but not more than one.

This might be a problem in the computer?

Dear Mr. Witt:

The problem that you are having is not specifaccly relating
to your computer. Acid will not allow you to record from
multiple inputs at the same time. This is a feature of our
Vegas product however.
