Hi: I just bought the SF 9 software. I am trying to extract little excerpts from interviews I've conducted with musicians. I can extract the CD into the computer. Now, I just want to be able to save the project as a folder on my desktop. I don't know how to do it. Can anybody please help? I know this is like basic stuff but I'm a complete moron with this stuff. Thanks so much. Steven |

Perhaps I'm missing what you're asking. Are you asking how to save an audio file? If so, simply "file-->save as" - choose your format [save as type] (wave microsoft .wav is a good safe choice) If you're looking to save the soundforge project file (something a little different...) same process, but choose the top type item - "sound forge project file" If you want a full guide to SF - look at www.VTC.com :) |

"If you want a full guide to SF - look at www.VTC.com" ... and a quick look at the manual or Help wouldn't go amiss ;-) geoff |
