Subject:MP3 Question... Please help!

Hello,

I'm currently using the 4. 5 Beta and I hate to admit it
but I'm just "stumped". Here's the situation.

I use a program called MusicMatch Jukebox 3 for MP3 files.
I have ripped a number of my own tunes to MP3. I can open
SoundForge Beta (the beta that expires 8/30) and it loads
and plays the MP3 file perfectly, but if I do any editing
(in this case I'm just cut a pop at the first of the file),
and then attempt to save it, I get the message "An error
occured saving the file. Make sure there is enought room
on the destination disk". I have more than 2 gigs of space
left on that disk.

If I attempt to do a Save As, I'm amazed to find that I
can't find a .mp3 selection in the dropdown list....Raw,
wav, etc. are all there, just no .mp3. What in the heck am
I doing wrong? I sincerely would appreciate any help out
there!

I couldn't recreate you first problem with the "full" 4.5 version it saved without problems (it took a fair while)
but your second problem is easy when you want to "save as" a mp3 file, choose "wav" then select under
"format" (compression) mp3.
Cheers,
Auke
