Subject:need help with overmodulated audio file

I use SF 6.0 and I understand that 8.0 and 9.0 have away to correct some overmodulated audio problems. I have an audio file that needs correcting and I don't want to have to upgrade for this job. Anyone interested in trying to fix this (small) audio clip? I can pay $50 if it can be fixed. Contact me here or at steve@vps1.com.
