Frequent hang-ups and Freezes for SF and Win XP and VMWare. then none of the 3 will "close". Occurs when playing project files that have been sucessfully opened and now being edited. In play cursor stops and hangup . Files can be recovered upon boot up and re-opening SF.

Any asuggestions as to how to avoid this irritation?
