Any rendering settings youve found that works best for youtube?
for 2-3 minutes videos.
I found one way that activated the "watch in hi rez" option on that video's page, but now i forgot how I did it.
Is there a way to avoid that the audio is converted into mono?
I do 640x480 wmv. 3 MBps as long as the final file size is < 100MB.
The greater the audio quality the choppier the video playback, or audio gets a bit out of synch. I usually do 162mbps on the audio.
Lots of posts on this subject in this forum. Do a search on "youtube" and restrict it just to the pro forum and the last two years, and search only on the subject heading. Here is a sample of some of the excellent (and usually very long) threads on the subject:

Are you thinking of the "Video Quality Settings" on your YouTube Administration page? Choosing "Fast Connection" will force the playing of the hi-rez version of any YouTube video that you play on your machine.
I uploaded 3 videos last week on Youtube and for some strange reason they are not made available to view in high quality.
About 2 months ago, I did upload one and it is available to watch in standard and high quality.
I believe all my videos where rendered in mp4 with the MainConcept codec , i-pod setting at 640x480.
Anyone experienced similar problems, because standard quality is really useless and this video needs to be posted on Youtube for a client of mine?
