I did a quick search on this but didn't find anything... I just found a REALLY useful thing: if you hold down shift when you click a toolbar shortcut it automatically applies the effect/process(with last used settings) without having to hit OK. If you knew it already then sorry but I've been using Soundforge since V4.0 and never knew it until today! Also if you do CTRL+SHIFT+Y instead of CTRL+Y it does bring up the adjustments window when you repeat last effect. And finally, why oh why oh why is paste now included in the repeat last effect shortcut?!?!? You can easily repeat a paste with CTRL+V. I edit a lot of seminars and I keep a sample of roomtone in the clipboard and tend to have Multi-band Dynamics>Reduce Loud Plosives as my last effect. This all worked very well until I upgraded from V4.0 to V8 (and subsequently V9). Now I keep pasting roomtone over plosives! |

Yes I use that all the time, A real time saver. In addition, a keyboard command is or can be assigned to repeat a process'. The default was "Ctrl+Y" as I recall, I changed it to single keystroke, in my case "F8". |
