Sound Forge 8.0d crashes when resizing a chainer -Sound Forge - PC

It suddenly started to crash when I try to resize the window on any Plug-in Chainer, even the old ones that I use for long time, now it freezes my PC and forces me to cold boot. I see that on version 9 it had some similar bug and was fixed according to the update note. (The reason I do not upgrade is because I have the Full version of Ozone). Anyone has any knowledge of a fix for this issue? Thanks
