How to resize logo and pictures?

Hello all, I have several company logos as well as employee pictures I want to place on the timeline with other elements in a DVD. All of the pictures and logos are saved in Photoshop CS4 .png format. When I place them on the timeline in Vegas 8.0, they take up the wqhole screen. How do I shrink them down? I have looked for the answer but can't find it....

Please offer a solution, Thanks!

use pan/crop tool to resize and place. on pictures you will also need to right click on them and select match output aspect while you are in pan/crop tool.

Sorry if I misunderstood the question - but you can use pan/crop as with any other picture. Just draw one of the rectangular points outwards. You can make the whole Pan/Crop editing area smaller using your mousewheel, so that you can draw really far out (=small picture)

Sorry John - just had a telephone in the middle of my answer :-)
