Subject:Effects don't work? Posted by: 14pages Date:2/4/2009 5:08:32 PM I'm using Sound Forge Audio Studio v8. I recently reinstalled it because my speakers were not working right. I got my speakers to work (which had nothing to do with sound forge) but when I went in to edit some new tracks I recorded I can no longer use many of the effects such as audio restoration, amplitude modulation, chorus, delay, distortion, dynamics, or the graphic and simple EQ. I highlight the area I want altered, bring down the drop down menu, click the effect, the drop down menu disappears, but the effect screen never appears. I have been using sound forge for almost a year and a half and have never experienced this problem before. I have reinstalled it (along with acid music studio) multiple times to try and fix this, and I have downloaded the most recent patches and updates. Nothing seems to work. Any help at all is appreciated!! Thanks!
