Subject:Lots of open file program errors

Using Sony Sound Forge 9.0 Version 9.0e (Build 441) and I have changed quite a few of my library using SSF and saved as .MP3. Recently I have tried to open these .MP3 files in SSF and am getting a program error and shut down. Have no idea why since I can open the files in any other (Media Player, Itunes, Jukebox, etc) with no problem.
