I go to resample and it does nothing! Is there a way to change a setting to automatically resample everything at 44,100?

What do you mean by "it does nothing" ? No resample tool dialogue or anything pop up ?

By "resample everything" I assume you m,ean that you have a bunch of files you want to resample to 44K1. Batch converter.
But if you are aiming for CD, why not stick all files in CD Architect and let it do the resampling for you when you burn ?
