Subject:saving song as WAV changes original ACD-file track layout--HELP

When I save a finished song as a WAV file it work fine and
the song plays back as WAV. But the original ACD file
becomes affected. All the tracks and envelopes are still
there but they're all shoved to the front of the timeline.

This has only happened to the songs I've "Saved As" WAV.

The answer to this is probably obvious but can anyone help
me out?
