Subject:2 ?s - mp3 in v. 1.0 and wav''s

hi. two questions:
is there any way (as in a plug in to download) that ACID v.
1.0 can save as mp3 ? ((i know 2.0 can do it - but dont
have 2.0 at home))

and second question -

can someone gimme some quick instrux on converting .wav
to .mp3 using winamp, real player/jukebox, or musicmatch ?
or some other media player?

i have to output my stuff to mp3 and if ACID cant do it for
me - i gotta find a way some how...

i figured something out . basically i had to create
an "audio disk" with my cd burner software. this made
my .wav file into a .cda file. then i used jukebox to rip
from .cda to .mp3...

but if anyone else has some suggestions - im keen on
hearing them...
