Can anyone tell me how to burn a song from ACID DJ to the
hard disk or CD as a stereo wave...

Have you tried going into the FILE section of your tool bar
and selecting SAVE AS. When it asks you what you want to
save it as, click on the arrow box next to where it says
Acid File, and select MIXED WAVE FILE. It should then save
your project as one nice, long file, which you can then re-
open into ACID again. Good luck.
